Since inception and under the creative direction of the founder Roldano Bellori, the company has designed and built a number of iconic tropical modern condominiums, houses, and commercial buildings. At the Attic, an emphasis is placed on integrating the natural environment and creating a balance with the users of every project. A focus is also heavily placed on detailing as a means of imbuing originality and distinctiveness.
