About Cruising Island Musicians Cruising Island Musician (CIM) is a Talent Company, facilitating mutual beneficial opportunities between musicians and cruise lines worldwide. CIM was founded by us, Adam Karpati and Stephen Cox after listening to many Caribbean musicians’ feedback. We wanted to offer talented Caribbean bands more opportunities to entertain audiences on board cruise ships. As we both worked on ships for over a decade and enjoyed the many privileges it afforded us, we felt the need to help fellow entertainers to experience the life so many of us know as “ship life”. We are using our friendly, open-minded and vibrant personality to make a difference and to create a more personal relationship with our musicians, making their transition smoother and helping them all the way so they are not just an ID number. As fellow entertainers we understand how hard you have worked to develop your skills as a musician. We are dedicated to helping you make the most of your talent while treating you with the respect you deserve. As for our clients we provide support with taking over the hassle of organizing all the necessary paperwork whilst offering quality entertainment for their ships. We pursued our idea to create something of our own we both are passionate about. Using our first hand experiences from various cruise ships our goal is to fully prepare our bands for their journey and give all round information so they can focus on giving their best performance.
